ASBIS Kypros was established in Cyprus in 1995 as a part of ASBIS Group, which is the leading distributor of IT products with 31 warehouses in 26 countries and 3 distribution centers located in the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, and UAE (Dubai). Its operations extend to Central-Eastern Europe, the Baltic States, the former Soviet Union, the Middle East and North Africa, covering 75 countries. The Group distributes IT components, blocks and peripherals, as well as A-branded finished products like desktop PCs, laptops, servers, software and networking. We currently purchase the majority of our products from leading international manufacturers, including Microsoft, Intel, Dell, AMD, Seagate, Western Digital, Samsung, Toshiba and Hitachi. In addition, a significant part of our revenue is comprised of sales of IT products under our private labels, Prestigio and Canyon. The Group ‘s differentiating factors include the broadest product offerings in server, desktop PC and mobile PC segments in the markets in which the Group operates; 24/7 online market place, together with some of the quickest response times between ordering and delivery, enabling the Group to pass on the benefit of new prices to customers quickly; a centralised purchasing system providing the Group with greater buying power; and direct contracts with worldwide leading manufacturers. As a result, the Group is now one of the largest distributors of IT components in Eastern Europe and the only company able to distribute to the vast majority of countries in Eastern Europe. The Group is a top 3 distributor in EMEA for components such as HDDs and CPUs . The size of its operations means that the Group is able to pass on significant value to its customers.
